Chris joined PRA in 2008 as a specialist technology recruiter from the UK. Chriss currently leads the Victorian operations of PRA following a successful career transitioning through numerous consulting, leadership and management roles in the company.

Chris ensures that the team delivers world-class outcomes for clients and candidates alike by maximising operational efficiency, continuous improvement and a genuine people-first approach. Since joining PRA, his solutions-based approach has contributed significantly to the progress of the company on both a financial and an operational level.  

In keeping abreast of current technologies and market trends, Chris continues to consult to both clients and candidates and maintains a strong professional network to whom he is a trusted advisor.  

Outside of the PRA life Chris is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, Hamish and Lucy.  If he's not in the office or at home playing husband and dad you'll find Chris in the gym or sampling everything non-coffee in a coffee shop.
