Matt graduated with a degree in Philosophy and his career in IT recruitment started shortly thereafter. Having spent 7 years in London supplying contract Project Managers and Business Analysts to the Investment Banking sector, Matt emigrated to Sydney in 1996 to join Morgan and Banks (TMP/Hudson). Matt held a number of senior positions before founding PRA with Philip Kingdom in 2004; these included leading the IT recruitment practice before his last role of NSW Sales Manager for all recruitment disciplines with responsibility for the performance of over 200 Recruitment Consultants and Sales Team leaders.

At PRA Matt is closely involved in managing a number of PRA's corporate clients, engaging with senior IT Managers and CIOs advising in career and organisational change. More than anything else, he derives most pleasure from seeing new and existing PRA people grow and develop their careers.

When not at work, Matt consistently fails to achieve a single figure handicap and spends a large part of the weekend on house renovations or on the sidelines of a number of different sports fields encouraging one or a number of his five daughters.
