Phil is one of the co-founders of PRA. In 2004 Phil and Matt Gordon started on the journey lead to PRA being the agency of choice for many of Australia's leading organisations. Phil started his career in 1996 in London just as Windows ‘96 was changing everything. Back then Phil worked in the contract development market which has remained a passion to this day. Moving to Sydney in ‘98 Phil worked for leading agencies in the Australian market. These experiences convinced him there was a much better way and, teaming up with Matt, they proved it. 

Phil remains customer focused along with the awesome team at PRA. He gets the fun jobs like travelling around the country meeting customers and suppliers (Covid permitting).

On the weekend you'll find him coaching kids rugby in winter or trying to understand kids' cricket in summer. Having grown up surfing in Wales, Phil will always take the opportunity to get in the water in Sydney and whenever possible he finds time to ski.
