The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share by securing new business and managing existing client relationships. With a strong focus on architectural specification and project sales, you will work closely with industry professionals to promote an innovative product range used in high-end commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the architectural, design, and construction sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and specifiers
- Provide technical product expertise and specification support
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Proven business development or sales experience in commercial building products
- A strong network within the A&D, construction, or specification space
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage projects from lead generation through to final specification
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for sales and business growth
