- Exceptional Communication Skills – The ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including admin staff, nurses, managers, executives, doctors, and patients.
- Communication Over Technical Expertise – While technical skills are important, strong communication is prioritised.
- Key Technologies in Use – Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Active Roles, SCCM, SolarWinds, HP hardware.
- Network Knowledge Required – A solid understanding of vLANs, subnets, routers, firewalls, and WAN environments is essential. Candidates with only small-scale experience (e.g., single-router/single-switch setups) may find the troubleshooting environment challenging.
