Senior .Net Developer

What you bring
- Strong experience across .Net Development (versions 7 & 8) plus experience across building & supporting web-based applications.
- Strong experience in designing, implementing and integrating Azure Cloud architectures including APIM, ESB, Function Apps and SQL Databases. You must be comfortable with Azure Pipelines.
- Strong experience in designing, implementing and integrating service-oriented architectures such as RESTful API’s and microservices.
- An understanding of the Financial industry would be desirable.
- Strong Unit Testing and Automation experience
- Experience working in an Enterprise environment.
- Team Player with a can-do attitude
- Able to demonstrate initiative and passion for making a difference
- Pro-activeness to change - examples of where you have challenged things and drive tech.
- Building scalable and performant solutions with modern technologies while maintaining existing software assets.
- Developing new capabilities within a complex mixed technology application suite.
- Analysing requirements, developing and documenting solution designs, deploying and supporting solutions depending on individual project needs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve product components and processes in areas of the business where technology can make a difference.
- Contribute hands on code as well as to design and architecture.
This role is based in Melbourne CBD with a hybrid working model, currently the team goes into the office once a week (with x4 days at home) but this is subject to change.
- This contract role will go for 6 months initially.
- The daily rate will be between $900 - $1000 per day inclusive of Super, depending on experience.
